University Landing is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. A $300 refundable deposit is required per household. There are no weight limits and exotic animals are not allowed. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, Akita or any aggressive breed are not allowed. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in.
